Life Groups

The Bible teaches that we were created for community. It’s in community that we reflect our Creator and really begin to grow spiritually as God’s people. Therefore we created what we call Life Groups. A Life Group is a group of 5-12 people who live out the core values of what it means to be a follower of Jesus through personal relationships.
We meet in homes with our friends and neighbors to live life together and experience the gospel in ways we can’t on our own. They are a place to wrestle with the truths of the Bible, love one another, pray together, eat together, and serve the city together. It’s our intention for City Church to provide all kinds of groups for all kinds of people who meet in homes throughout the city. Currently our groups are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month.  Dinner is served from 6:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. for $8 each and the groups meet from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

To get involved in a Life Group in your area please or to RSVP for dinner on a particular evening, click on the get connected link.

What’s with all the “non-religious” art and music at City Church? Is there such a thing as secular or sacred art, music, space, or experience?

Why does our fearless leader look like he flew in from Hawaii? Where’s his robe, or suit, or tie, even socks?

What does God say about this community called the “church”? What is the “church” supposed to do? Much of it is not what you think. What God values may surprise you.

City Church has a certain view of the world and we want you to share it. Come hear what it is and consider if it is something you should adopt.

On Saturday April 21st 9:30-10:00am Pastor Chris will be hosting our City Church 101 class in the Galleria. This class covers the essential beliefs and practices of the Christian faith and the vision and mission of City Church.

City Church 101 is not only Q & A session with Chris but also a great opportunity to meet new friends. Attending City Church 101 is a requirement for all those interested in becoming a member of City Church. However, after the classes, there will be no commitment asked of you, no signing the dotted line, no turning in your W-2's. Were not going to pressure you into joining, we’ll let God do that.

A continental breakfast will be provided and our children's program will be open for infants -11 years of age.

Please R.S.V.P and indicate if you need child care.
